An MRI of the lumbar spine was preformed and an examination of the inter-vertebral disc space show a prominent S1-2 disc space. Anterior interbody solid fusion and posterior screw fixation are seen from L3 to S1.  Segmental spinal canal stenosis is present at L2-3 due to marked facet and ligamentous hypertrophy.
