Attorney Feldman of Jacoby & Meyers was looking to demonstrate his client’s injuries of their cervical and lumbar spines, as well as the cervical discectomy and fusion procedure that followed. 

Our Work on the Case

Exhibit 1

Injury illustration of the cervical spine showing disc protrusions at C3-4, 4-5, and C6-7 impinging upon the ventral cervical cord at C4-5 and C6-7, with resultant severe left C6-7 neural foramen stenosis with evidence of impingement upon the exiting left-sided nerve roots. 

Exhibit 2

Lumbar injury illustration showing broad based disc bulge at L4-5 with extension of disc into the neural foramen bilaterally, as well as loss of signal and left foraminal herniation at L5-S1, creating impingement on the neural canal. 

Exhibit 3

Surgical illustration demonstrating the steps involved in the anterior cervical discectomy and fusion required to repair claimant’s neck injuries.
