Overall Objective:

Attorney Levy of Finkelstein & Partners came to Total Trial Solutions for medical illustrations that would show a jury the extent of his client’s injuries and the required surgeries that followed. 

Our Work on the Case

Exhibit 1

Injury illustration detailing the extent of the claimant’s left femur fracture. The fracture consisted of a grade II open distal fracture which also resulted in a 2cm medical laceration and a 2-3 cm lateral laceration. 

Exhibit 2

Procedure illustration demonstrating the irrigation and debridement required to help repair the left femur fracture, as well as a retrograde nail fixation using a Stryker T2 nail measuring 380 x 13 mm.

Exhibit 3

Procedure illustration detailing the steps involved in the second part of the irrigation and debridement required to repair the left femur fracture. Part two of the procedure involved placement of proximal and distal interlocking screws to secure the retrograde nail. The nail was advanced over the guide wire with the use of mallet impaction.
