The law firm Finkelstein & Partners requested help demonstrating their clients damages caused by a motor vehicle accident. The clients injuries required multiple surgeries to their abdomen.

Medical illustration showcasing cervical spondylosis which is greatest at the C4-5 level. 

Exhibit 2

Surgical Illustration of Herniated disk C4—5 repair. 
The operation included:

  1. Anterior cervical diskectomy with decompression of spinal cord C4—5
  2. Corpectomy partial C4, CS.
  3. Arthrodesis and fusion with allograft C4—5.
  4. Internal fixation with Zephir titanium plate C4—5.

Surgical Illustration of:

  1. A L4, L5 lumbar laminectomy was preformed.
  2.  A foraminotomy was preformed over the right L5 nerve root. 
  3. A bone graft was harvested from the lumbar laminectomy site.
  4. Arthrodesis and fusion with bone at L4-L5 and L5-S1 bilaterally.
  5. Internal fixation with pedicle screws at L4 , L5 and S1 on the right and at L4, L5 on the left.
  6. Removal of medical facet on the right at L4-5.
