The law firm of Finkelstein & Partners needed help demonstrating their client’s cervical injuries sustained in a rear-end motor vehicle collision along with the surgical operations that followed, which included a disc replacement procedure and an anterior cervical fusion.

Exhibit 1

Injury illustration showing dorsal disc herniation, contributing to mild central canal stenosis at the C3-4 level, and dorsal left disc herniation, contributing to
moderate central canal stenosis at the C4-5 level. 

Exhibit 2
