Subpoena Records Specialist
Patricia Robinson started working in the medical field right out of college, starting out as a claims approver and working her way up to a managerial role. After spending more than three decades working full-time, Patricia joined TTS as a part-time Subpoena Records Specialist. Patricia’s passion for helping others lead her to TTS. She is a strong believer in excellent customer service and does her part to ensure customer satisfaction.
Patricia is an integral member of the Medical Records Department at TTS. As a Subpoena Records Specialist, it’s up to Patricia to request and track subpoena records, ensuring all records and evidence is available to the plaintiff’s attorney.
Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, Patricia grew up in Kingston, and always wanted to live in the country, so she moved to Ulster Park, where her husband built a beautiful home. Patricia resides in Ulster Park with her husband, her son, and her beloved 3-year-old German Shepherd, Raven.
Outside of work, Patricia enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for long walks, and gardening. Patricia also likes traveling to Texas to visit her daughter, son-in-law, and her grandson.
