Bianca’s journey with TTS began as a Subpoena Tracking Specialist, a position she held for three years before transitioning into medical records. During this time, she pursued a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, which expanded her professional path and deepened her commitment to supporting individuals and families.
Today, Bianca successfully balances two meaningful careers—her work at TTS and her full-time role providing mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and their families. Her ability to excel in both fields reflects her strong work ethic, compassion, and drive.
Outside of her professional life, Bianca enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, and staying active through regular exercise.
