The law firm of Finkelstein & Partners requested assistance in demonstrating their client’s injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision. The claimant sustained herniated discs of the cervical spine which led to a cervical fusion procedure.

Colorized MRI and X-ray films showing the bulging discs at C5-7 levels of the cervical spine as well as the hardware placed to repair it. 

Exhibit 2

Surgical illustration showing the steps involved in the C5-7 anterior cervical discectomy with fusion the claimant underwent due to the extent of their injuries. The procedure involved removal of disc material, placement of bone graft, and placement of hardware at C5-7.
